Meacham Country Ham: For those who want to cook their own ham.  Our Whole Uncooked salt and sugar cured country ham (14-16 lbs).  Aged 1 year,  Uncooked.

This is the original Meacham Country Ham.  We still make them the same way for nearly 100 years. We select the finest hams, rubbing them with the family recipe cure and smoke them over a hickory fire until they are just right.  Then they are aged for a year just like William Meacham: our founder did.  These hams are the reason Kentucky Country Hams are well know.
